Seminar on arbitration

The National Construction Association of Sri Lanka in collaboration with the Sri Lanka National Arbitration Center is organizing a full day seminar with open discussions, interaction sessions, an overview of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Processes (Mediation, Conciliation, Adjudication and Arbitration)

The event will be held on March 13, 2010 (Saturday) At ICTAD Auditorium No. 123 Sausiripaya, Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 7 from 8.00 am to 5.00pm

Special emphasis would be made in regard to the constraints experienced in the Arbitration process now and ways of making Arbitration as a cost and time saving efficient convenient process, suitable for the National Construction Industry.

This event will focus on the present constraints experienced by the domestic construction industry in the conditions of contract, regulations, procedures, business practices unsuitable for the National Construction Industry.
