Rohitha Amarapala was recently awarded the 'Pride of HR Profession
Award' which is the most prestigious HR award and the highest honour
that an individual could receive for his or her contribution to the HR
profession.
The World HRD Congress is a not for profit organization, organized by
professionals with the aim of honouring highly accomplished individuals
for their noteworthy achievements, services and contributions to their
respective organizations in pursuing the salient concepts of human
resource management and development.
With an aim to break even in HR skills excellence, the awards
ceremony endeavours to bring together the best professionals in the
world under one roof so they could gain an opportunity not only to
acquire further skills to maximize competencies, but also to gain
insights on how to be a more knowledgeable contributor in the
organization.
Rohitha Amarapala said 'I am truly overwhelmed by this tribute,
however while being elated by the award, I will also be mindful of the
responsibility that this award places on me. |
