Deshan third to score 1,000

Deshan Dias, St. Sebastians College, Moratuwa became the third schoolboy to score 1,000 runs this season when he made 51 runs in their inter-school under 19 cricket match against St. Sylvesters, Kandy.

Sebs recorded their sixth outright victory when they beat Sylvestrians and Deshan was very much instrumental for their success.
