Professor's prediction spot on

Professor Mahinda Pathegama - a scientist of international repute has said that his prophesy of a scientific analysis made two months ago of President Mahinda Rajapaksa's victory has now proved correct.

Professor Mahinda Pathegama had used the dates and technology available at the Scientific Research Institute of the Sri Lanka Inventors Commission and predicted on November 26, 2009 that the incumbent President Mahinda Rajapaksa would obtain a landslide five eighth victory at the recently concluded Presidential Election.

This clear prediction has now brought renewed faith to the fact that Sri Lanka too is now equipped with a system of scientific theories which could foretell the future.

This victory was made possible by the intelligent and innocent rural folk of the country and was indeed a blessing for all the people. The strength of this vote has clearly defeated the international forces against the country.

Moreover, this grand and historic victory has proved to the entire world that the majority of Sri Lankans are an intelligent.

Accordingly, this land of the intelligentsia will no doubt become a 'centre of knowledge' in the near future, Professor Pathegama added.
