Kasippu dealer arrested

Dambulla Magistrate District Judge Nimal Ranaweera imposed a fine of Rs. 15,000 on a person who was convicted for having 1,500 ml of Kasippu in his possession.

Later, the police informed Court that the accused was punished ten times by the Court for similar offences.
