Grade Five schol winners:

Deadline for admission application Feb 12

Students who had applied for admission to schools on the basis of results of the Grade Five Scholarship Examination 2009 but have not yet been admitted to any school or are unable to be admitted to schools allocated could now forward their applications to the Education Ministry, a press release issued yesterday said.

The deadline for appeals is February.12, 2010. The maximum number of schools to be applied for is three and separate applications have to be filled in respect of each school.

Since the number of students in the class has been fixed as 45 these students will be admitted only if there are vacancies in the schools applied.

Preference will be given to students who have not been admitted to any school.
