English for the Global Village conference

The National Institute of Education is conducting the National Regional English Support Centres conference on the theme English for the Global Village.

This two day residential conference will be held on today and tomorrow at the Faculty of Education Leadership Development and Teacher Education, National Institution of Education, Meepe.

The National Institute of Education is the premier institute in the country responsible for providing leadership for the development of general education with, quality, equity and relevance in pluralistic society.

The Institute is mandated to design and development of educational community and spearhead change through research and innovation.

One hundred and twenty staff members from 30 RESCs located throughout the country will participate.
