Zaheer back in Test squad
Pace spearhead Zaheer Khan was on Tuesday included in India’s squad
for the first two Tests against Sri Lanka after being sidelined for five
months with a shoulder injury.
The selectors also recalled temperamental fast bowler Shanthakumaran
Sreesanth in a 15-man squad for the first two Tests of the three-match
series, which opens in Ahmedabad on Monday.
India squad: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Virender Sehwag, Gautam
Gambhir, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, Venkatsai Laxman, Yuvraj Singh,
Harbhajan Singh, Amit Mishra, Zaheer Khan, Ishant Sharma, Murali Vijay,
Pragyan Ojha, Shanthakumaran Sreesanth, Subramaniam Badrinath.
