Awareness program for PTIs

An awareness program for Physical Training Instructors of the Kandy district organised by the Kandy District Sports Development Foundation to find talent in sportsmen and sportswomen of the Kandy district will be held on November 6, 2009 at St. Anthony’s Primary College Hall, Katugastota commencing at 9 a.m.

Dr. S. Warusavithana of the Teaching Hospital, Peradeniya and Dr. L. Jayakody attached to the Health Ministry, Kandy will conduct the Awareness Program. Co-ordinating officer Sunil Munasinghe told the Daily News that they expect over 100 teachers to participate in this program.
