Robbers nabbed

Two youths involved in a recent robbery of generator spareparts, copper wire and two 120 watt batteries valued at Rs. 300,000 from a factory at Helwala were arrested by Weliveriya police who also seized all the stolen goods. The suspects from Helwala were produced before Gampaha Chief Magistrate H.M. Anura Kumara Herath and remanded till November 12.

The police team which made this arrest was led by OIC, Weliveriya police, CIP, Roshan Rajapakse.
