Investment Promotion Minister Navin Dissanayake opened the new
factory complex of H Don Carolis and Sons (Pvt) Ltd recently at
Galapatha, Kaluthara.
This factory falls under the Nipayum Sri Lanka 300 Enterprise
Program.
The 300 Enterprises Program launched by the Board of Investment of
Sri Lanka reflects this new vision. Ninety five (95) new manufacturing
ventures from diversified sectors have been opened to date under this
program with 325 projects approved and another 214 agreements were
signed.
It is the aim of the Mahinda Chintanaya to set up new industrial
ventures as a project to create new employment opportunities. |
