Toshiba REGZA LCD TV launched

TOSHIBA 46 and 52 inch (High Definition) LCD Large Screen Televisions come with unique Power Meta Brain Pro Technology which projects smooth motion, sharp detail and vivid colours for ultra-pleasure viewing, exclusively for those who want only the best. And for the first time in Sri Lanka, Abans is introducing the Toshiba LCD TV with in-built DVD.

“REGZA” is the first unified global brand for Toshiba’s large-sized flat panel televisions. With its new global brand Toshiba will underline the clear advantage of its televisions - an unsurpassed level of image quality. The first Regza Television was launched in Japan on March 1, 2006 and was quick to capture overseas markets in North America, Europe, China and other Asian countries.

“REGZA” was coined from the literary German word “regsam” which expresses vibrant, dynamic qualities. It also captures Toshiba’s intent of “Real Expression Guaranteed by Amazing Architecture,” the superlative picture quality Toshiba achieves with its advanced expertise. Regza Green, a rich dark green, will be adopted in advertising and marketing the new brand, used to convey the superiority, authenticity and high-quality of Regza products.

Toshiba Regza is born to deliver the best picture quality by making full use of its advanced proprietary technologies in digital image processing and over half a century of know-hows in TV imaging technologies. The Toshiba “REGZA” range consists of 32”, 42”, 46” and 52” LCD with unique features that include Full HD Panel, Dynamic Contrast 10000:1, 3D Colour Management, 2 HDMI Terminals, RGB PC Terminal, SRS WOW, Super Slim Speaker System, Piano Black Cabinet, Swivel Stand (15 Left / 15 Right) and Hotel Mode.

The Toshiba REGZA range of LCD Televisions are now on view and available for sale at all Abans Elite Showrooms.
