Sri Lankan arrested in India
Indian police claimed to have busted a major
credit card racket with the arrest of a Sri Lankan, said to be the
brain behind the operation in which credit cards were cloned using a
skimmer, an embossing machine and other equipment.

Drug seller nabbed
Kudu King alias Kudu Jaya, the most notorious
drug seller and the person who introduces drugs to Kottawa was taken
to custody with 700mg. of heroine (40 packets) by Kottawa police at
Athurugiriya Road, Kottawa. There are 3 other drug cases against him
in the High Courts. “Kudu Jaya” applies new tactics to sell drugs
and he had stitched a broad folder in his sarong with the drug
packets hidden in the fold to avoid police detection. The folder
cannot be seen at a glance.
