Smile
Smile bloomed in a spring day,
Swearing to live in my lips,
Swaying in my eyelashes,
Smoothing inner thoughts,
Sealing my heart with love
Suddenly, one cold winter day,
Smile said good-bye,
Shattering my hopes and dreams,
Sombring my life forever,
Sealing my eyes with tears

Blindness
Springtime is little over
In the quiet valley, there's a river lonely flow
I turned into water, just little to see
Reflect my face on water slightly shake.
Breezing with a flower, flowing on water alone
I look into water, meticulously
Oh, blooming the flower, dance on my face
Fragrance surrounding me, why?
All the sweet memories comes with her
My heart got felt with full of rejoice thoughts
Thus, I blind to see depth in water
River is quite and lonely flow so ever.

Dearest beloved spouse
Whenever we met in samsara.
We never bartered our lives for gain.
Also we never displeased each other in our precious lives.
As the doctrines of the immaculate Buddha profess.
Together with compassion daily all the beings under the sun.
As it was we never spent a melancholy moment even a day.
Triple Gem cherished your soul at the last breath in my hands.
May you attain precious Nibbana, the greatest gain.

Dogs
Vagrant dogs with vacant eyes
Miserable lives in the rain and sun,
Mangy and rough with vacant eyes,
Searching for alms in the dustbin.
Lordly dogs with shining eyes
Contented lives sheltered from rain and sun,
Sleek and grand with shining eyes,
Eating gourmet's food and supermarket can.
Same is the way with human lives
Poor will perish when the rich takes all,
Grabbing and robbing in their sly scheming way,
World is now commercial and competitive they say.

Beauty
So distant
Yet so near
Out in the Creation somewhere
An innermost note
In this vast emptiness
Alone!
Solitude is beautiful
Because
Distant memories
Float like evening clouds
'Senior citizens'
Subdued energies
Philosophizing life Life is beautiful.

Mother Theresa
She laboured unceasingly,
Her's was a labour of divine love,
For the Untouchables,
Of the densely populated,
City of Calcutta!
Sacrificing all
Her comforts she denied,
To feed the hungry,
To uplift the down-trodden,
The poorest of the poor.
An angel of a lady,
She was to those,
In dire penury.
She cared for them all,
The destitutes and the wounded,
The displaced and the forgotten,
The old and the weak,
The needy and the lame!
She carried them and treated,
Nursed them and medicated,
Fed them and looked after,
Their needs, not hers!
Always, with a bright, charming smile,
She went about her work, virile,
Gentle and kindhearted,
Mild and placid, simple and humble,
She was devoted,
To God's holy work,
All the time!
She set us a unique example,
In faith and love,
For all humanity!
As she once said,
"We can't do great things,
But, we can do small things,
With great love"!
Small is, beautiful!
She will be remembered, by all,
For working to, God's call!
