South-Eastern university to undergo changes

The educational activities of the South-Eastern University will be changed in keeping with the international educational standards. Modern educational systems and methodologies would be introduced to fulfil this task, said Vice-Chancellor of the University, Dr. S. M. M. Ismail.

He was addressing at the ceremony to motivate the students selected for the university academic year 2009. He was the chief guest.

Acting registrar, Mansoor A. Cader presided.

The Vice-Chancellor said, opportunity will be given to the students passed out from this university to enable them to finding jobs internally. They could prove their personality worldwide.

A great change has to be introduced in the educational systems of the universities. A parliament committee has been appointed for this purpose.

The South-Eastern University would be a model university to provide valuable education to our younger generation.

We have planned to improve English language and Information Communication Technology through our university curriculum.

A research centre would be established at the University with the patronage of the international experts, skilled professionals.
