Dr Chanaka Amaratunga Foundation awards Gold Medal

At the Colombo University General Convocation held recently at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), S. S. Withanachchi from Meepitiya, Kegalle was awarded Dr. Chanaka Amaratunga Memorial Gold Medal for Political Science in recognition of achieving high standards of excellence in the field of Political Science.

Dr. Chanka Amaratunga Foundation has been continuously awarding Gold Medals since 2005.

With the intention of encouraging their desire for further education, the Foundation have also organized measures to grant a Dr. Chanaka Amaratunga Memorial Scholarship to those who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in Political Science in Sri Lanka from thereof.
