Govt will win all polls - Minister

This is election year and we have achieved stability. We are assured of winning all our elections and the Government will win the Southern Provincial poll with a record majority, Agriculture Development Minister Hemakumara Nanayakkara said at a meeting with Indian Agri experts at his Ministry yesterday.

“The Presidential Election to be held in January next year would be won with a much more overwhelming majority and thereafter the General election that would be held in March our victory is assured and even when you come next year you will meet the same government in power,” he said.
