MTI Consulting feels that at the strategic management level, there is
an opportunity to strengthen the link between strategic direction and
technology's impact on business. The forum extends to cover how
technology can optimize business, the management of technology, risk
management and IT enabled innovation.
The leader of MIT's Technology unit, Yusuf Ali Isaam said: "MTI
firmly believes that technology's focus needs to be very firmly on
delivering value for a bottom-line impact to the business.
Our forum hopes to create awareness on the need to clearly align IT
investment, operations and performance management to desired business
impact. Leave aside the economic climate and new IT spending; businesses
need to measure, appreciate and optimize today's IT delivery for maximum
contribution." |
