Lanka condoles loss of lives in Jahra Governorate

The Foreign Affairs Ministry in a condolence message to Kuwaiti government on the tragic incident in Jahra Governorate said:

"It is with deep shock and sorrow that we learnt of the tragic incident that occurred in Jahra Governorate that caused deaths and serious injuries to a large number of innocent civilians.

We wish to extend our deepest condolences on the irreparable loss of life and sufferings caused to a large number of civilians due to this tragic incident. On this sad occasion, the Government and the People of Sri Lanka wish to condole with bereaved families and extend our best wishes for early recovery of the injured."
