Civil Defence Force helping produce tools for farmers and fishermen
 The Civil Defence Force has initiated two important public outreach
programs: one, manufacturing tools from recycled scrap-metal,
particularly discarded weapons, and two, manufacturing bricks. The tools
and the bricks are essential for villagers in remote areas.
