Triple murder:

Father of dead girl among four arrested

Nanuoya police arrested four suspects allegedly involved in the triple murder at Pattipola, Nuwara Eliya.

Among the suspects was the father of the 10 year old girl who was killed along with two other relatives.

G.G. Premarathne, 60 (Grandmother), Mallika (Mother) and Piyumalee 10, (Daughter) were assassinated and their decomposed bodies were found by Nanuoya police last week.

The fate of the missing three year-old child is still not known.

Nanuoya police are investigating.
