hSenid’s People’s Web to cut 50 percent HR costs

With the launch of ‘People’s Web’ by hSenid Software International, 50 percent of the Human Resource (HR) cost would be reduced,CEO, hSenid Software International (Pvt) Limited., Dinesh Saparamadu said.

As there are no hardware, hardware maintenance, network maintenance, software, database, dedicated staff and troubleshooting costs hSenid guarantees the cost reduction in the HR departments.

‘People’s Web’ was designed based on the popular concept of Software as a Service (SaaS). hSenid ‘People’s Web’ is a hosted HR solution especially designed to minimize the workload of the customer in managing day-to-day operations and to make the procedure easy for HR staff as well as for system administrators.

“This system, will not be a cause to evacuate the HR staff from companies, but with the use of the ‘People’s Web’ the HR departments will not have to spend much time on the operational work. So, they could invest more time in setting up strategies and functional actions,” he said.

The ‘People’s Web’ is a comprehensive and total web based HR for SMEs, as they provide timely accurate information, easy and secure access to HR information from anywhere anytime, easy interactions, and a user-friendly solution.

The ‘People’s Web’ works on a monthly rental basis, which is calculated according to the number of employees registered with the system. The only requirement for the customer is to have an internet connectivity and internet explorer web browser to use the many features offered by the solution.

“hSenid has a market share of 85 percent in Sri Lanka. We have already launched the ‘People’s Web’ in 35 companies in Malaysia. Due to the global recession the IT industry has to face many challenges, but hSenid is targeting a growth of 20 percent more than the year 2008”, General Manager, hSenid Software International, Sampath Jayasundara said.
