Siriliya Saviya joins Tharunyata Hetak

First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa's 'Sirilya Saviya' program has joined hands with 'Tharunyata Hetak' organisation under the chairmanship of Namal Rajapaksa in providing the relief to the internally displaced persons housed in Manik Farm in Vavuniya. Under this program, a comprehensive medical camp will be set up in the Menik Farm from June 26 to 29.

Specialist doctors and drugs will be made available to the IDPs at this camp during this four day camp.

There will also be sports and musical programs coinciding with this medical camp to boost the psychological needs of these inmates at this camp. Several leading sportsmen and artistes will participate.

Meanwhile arrangements have also been made to hand over one million safe drinking water bottles to the IDPs collected by the Tharunyata Hetak organisation.
