Maha Sangha felicitate President

A felicitation ceremony to pay tribute to President Mahinda Rajapaksa for freeing the country from the scourge of terrorism which lasted for nearly 30 years jointly organised by Sri Lanka Amarapura Maha Nikaya and Sri Lanka Ramanna Nikaya will be held on June 20 at Independence Square, Colombo.

Honorary titles will be bestowed upon the President, Defence Secretary and Chiefs of the Security Forces on this occasion. It will be presided over by Media Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardane.
