Maliyadeva College, Kurunegala thrashed St. Thomas College Matara by 70 points (5 goals 7 tries) to 10 (1 goal 1 penalty) in their inter-school Under 20 Division one Segment 'C' rugby match played at Kurunegala Maligawa grounds on Thursday.

This was Maliyadeva's fourth straight victory in the tournament. The winners led 44 points to 3 at the lemons.

Winger Saliya Bandara has posted four tries for the Winners. Flanker K.D.S. Priyadarshana (2), Palihakkara (1), V.A. Gunawardane (1) full back R.K. Maduranga (1), S.H. Ratnayake (1) and S.A. Subasinghe (1) also collected tries for the winners.

Rohan Balasuriya controlled the game.
