Destabilizing plans in Venezuela
Venezuela: Chair of the Permanent Committee for Defence of the
Venezuelan Parliament, Juan Jose Mendoza, asserted on Friday there is
enough evidence proving that destabilizing actions are being planned in
the country.
In remarks to journalists, legislator Mendoza announced that the
joint committee created in the National Assembly to investigate an
attempted assassination of President Hugo Chavez will meet with
intelligence bodies to discuss the case in the next few days.
We have enough evidence showing there is a whole destabilizing plan
against Venezuelan democracy and we will confront it, he said.
