Lankaputhra launches Laksaviya

The Lankaputhra Development Bank, will introduce a flexible leasing scheme, named the Laksaviya Lease.

The scheme will be launched at the Hambantota branch of Lankaputhra Development Bank on June 6 with the first token leasing to be handed over by Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation, Chamal Rajapaksa Chairman of the Bank, Sarath de Silva, senior management officials of the Bank as well as customers will be present on the occasion.

Chairman of the Bank, Sarath De Silva said that measures were taken to introduce this leasing scheme, being aware of the long-felt need for a resilient and uncomplicated leasing scheme by the rural entrepreneur. An efficient service will be provided through this scheme in keeping with the needs of entrepreneurs.

Small and Medium Scale entrepreneurs countrywide will be able to obtain leasing services required by them direct through the Laksaviya Lease Scheme.
