U.A.C. Obeysekera

Head of Human Resources - Union Bank and Past President of the Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka [IPMSL] U.A.C. Obeysekera FIPM will deliver a lecture on 'Driving a performance accountable organization through the balanced score card' on May 14 at 6.30 p.m.

This is a timely public lecture for all associated with corporate entities in both the private and public sector, plus those actively engaged in human resource management - after all its people who drive business, who finally contribute to the clich‚d 'bottom-line'.

This public lecture delivered by U.A.C. Obeysekere would be a opportunity for those to imbibe, study and immerse themselves to take in the system and concept of 'Balanced Score Card' - so that they'll emerge from the lecture totally clued up and fortified on how and what to implement in their respective organizations - contributing towards enhancing the productivity that is sought at every turn - so relevant in today's environment of depressed financial activities.

The public lecture organized by the Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka [IPMSL] will be held at the IPM, Colombo 5.
