Beware of pick-pockets during Vesak

A gang of pick-pockets are reported to be operating in private and CTB buses between Kalutara and Panadura at times in Colombo bound buses. According to Kalutara South police, several complaints have been made by persons who had fallen victim to these pick-pockets. The gang believed to have come from Colombo.

Police have warned the commuters to be vigilant during Vesak Season in crowded buses between Kalutara and Panadura.
