Malinga should have been the 'man'

In the opening game of the IPL series, a flagrant miscarriage of
justice prevented Lasith Malinga from being declared the Man of the
Match.
Malinga snared 3 wickets, two of them crucial, for 15 runs in his
alloted four overs. He was so awesomely devastating that his captain
placed much faith in his prowess as to grant him the critical death
over.
Tendulkar's unbeaten 59 was pedestrian in comparison with A.Naya'r 35
belted in 22 deliveries. Tendulkar often conceded him the strike. If
Malinga was not to get the honour it should have gone to Nayar.
Malinga has changed his ornamental hairstyle and had he been asked
why he well might have said, "Because Arjuna said he wouldn't take me on
a visit to any school as a role model.
