Kent Ridge Team Building Workshop
BlueScope Lysaght Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. a joint venture between Tata Steel
of India and BlueScope of Australia had a training session Team building
for high performance organisations recently at the Tamarind Tree Hotel,
Pelawatte along with their strategic planning session. Kent Ridge,
facilitated the workshop participated by management teams consisting of
local and Indian managers.

"How to face the business challenges caused due to the global
financial crisis" was also simulated through activities in the highly
interactive program.
"Kent Ridge trainers ability to simplify complex management messages
impressed me," said Chief Human Resource, Tata BlueScope Steel Piyush
Upadhyay who flew in from India for the workshop.
The trainers have been invited to conduct more similar workshops in
Sri Lanka and India.
