Awards of Excellence for women

The International Women's Day was celebrated by Hambantota district Chamber of Commerce by paying tribute to three outstanding women who performed excellent social service in the district.

The founder and the chair person Nava Jeewana the house of disabled Kumari Wickramasooriya, founder and Chairperson Ruhunu Gemi Kantha organisation Daya Dadallage and Chairperson Chanaka Metal Private Company W.S. Sumanaseeli received awards of excellence.

The function was held at Singapore Community Hall at Siribopura, Hambantota by the Hambantota district Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with UNITERRA and WUSC.
