N'Eliya ready for the 'season'

The Nuwara Eliya April Season will be ushered in by a Workshop to be held for two days, April 1 and 2, by the Chief Minister of the Central Province at the Grand Hotel. The two-day workshop will be attended by the members of the Central Provincial Council.

They will be received by the Mayor of Nuwara Eliya Chandanalal Karunaratne. Meanwhile, the Nuwara Eliya Municipal Council has given a complete facelift to the city limits for the forthcoming April Season. A number of leading hotels, Guest houses, and those involved in tourism are confident that the April Season will have an influx of holiday crowds according to heavy bookings of hotels, and other guest houses including private bungalows.
