National Water Day commemoration

UN member states have declared March 22 as Water Day. Sri Lanka will commemorate the day at the BMICH at 9 a.m. under the patronage of Water Supply Minister Mahinda Amaraweera.

Dr. Praneeth Abeysundara will make the guest lecture.

Awards will be given to the best consumer unit service, the best pump house, the best water clearing system, the system to monitor the percentage of waste water and leakages, the best mineral water supply system and the best consumer organisation and felicitating 250 persons who complete 25 years service with the Water Board.
