Pollocks heads Mercantile Services BA

Melvin Pollocks (Ceylinco Group) was unanimously elected as the President of Mercantile Services Basketball Association while Basil Silva (HSB) was elected as the Hony Secretary of the Association. The annual general meeting of the Mercantile Services Basketball Association was held at Otters Aquatic Club, Colombo 7 recently. The following office-bearers were elected.

President: Melvin Pollocks (Ceylinco Group).

Vice Presidents: Jayantha Ranawana (Ranawana & Co. (Pvt) Ltd.), Hemashantha Fernando (Hatton National Bank Ltd), Jayantha Karunaratne (David Peiris Motor Company), Duminda de Silva (DFCC Group), Roshan Samidon (Amana Group), Roshan Gunasekera (Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd), Manjula Jayarathne (Nations Trust Bank).
