Centuries from opener Ian Daniel (116) and all rounder Angelo Mathews (163) put Basnahira North in a strong position on the second day of their Sri Lanka Telekom inter provincial four day cricket tournament match against Kandurata continued at the SSC grounds in Maitland Place yesterday.

Paceman Ruchira Perera snapped up three wickets for 66 to help Basnahira South reduce Wayamba to 277 for 6 in their first innings on the second day of their Sri Lanka Telekom inter provincial four day cricket tournament match continued at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium yesterday.
