Nurses leave for Vanni

On a concept by Healthcare and Nutrition Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva, the first voluntary batch of Government nurses will leave for Vanni today to attend to the health needs of the IDPs stationed in camps, stated PSUNU President Ven. Muruttetuwe Ananda Thera.

The new program will continue uninterruptedly with further batches to follow in further, the Ven. Thera stated.
