Talented student receives State recognition

Goshini Dilhani Marambage, an Advanced Level student of the Kaluwila
Sena Maha Viyalaya in Hidogama Anuradhapura who won the first prize in
an all island computer software competition and was featured in our
sister paper Dinamina has gained state recognition for her exceptional
talent.
She has been invited to visit Temple Trees and meet President Mahinda
Rajapaksa on February 13.
Dilhani hailing from a Samurdhi recipient family in the area is
studying in the commerce stream. Teacher-in-charge of the school's
computer section Janaka Seneviratne said Dilhani was capable of creating
software solutions on her own without any assistance or guidance. She
submitted a software solution regarding blood circulation in the human
body for the all island competition which gained her the first place.
