Exchanges even at Kotte

A hard hit knock of 81 off 65 balls by Mohammed Saffraz helped St. Sylvester's College, Kandy to keep their chances alive in their inter-school cricket match against President's College, Kotte which began at Kotte yesterday.

For President's College, C. Wanniarachchi top scored with 79. In reply to President's College total of 237, they had scored 160 for 5 at close.

President's College 237 all out in 61.1 overs (C. Wanniarachchi 79, M. Liyanapathirana 28, K. Priyadharshana 28, U. G. Perera 28, D. Athauda 3 for 36, Chanaka Colombage 3 for 87).

St. Sylvester's 160 for 5 wkts in 36 overs (Mohamed Saffraz 81, M. Nanayakkara 17, U. P. Perera 2 for 40, M. Liyanage 3 for 48).
