Free physical fitness certificate at Deyata Kirula

Special arrangements have been made to issue the physical fitness certificate for light vehicle driving licences free of charge, at the National Transport Medical Institute at the Deyata Kirula National Exhibition premises, on a directive from Transport Minister Dullas Alahapperuma, a Ministry release said.
