A special program will be held to donate books for the children residing at Ragama Ranaviru Sevana by the Jeewa Foundation at the Ragama Ranaviru Sevana on January 17.

Essential equipment will also be given to the Ranaviru Sevana hospital and the soldiers at the hospital, said founder and President of the Foundation Concy Perera.

The foundation's annual blood donation will also take place at the Sudharshi Hall, Bauddaloka Mawatha, Colombo, on January 25 at 8 a.m.

"We hope to organise a number of medical camps and programs to uplift the poor in the future," Perera said.
