Moratu MV notch up their sixth win

Moratu Maha Vidyalaya registered their sixth outright victory from
seven outings when they beat Karandeniya Central College by 130 runs in
their under 19 inter-school cricket tournament match being played at
Moratuwa.
Only Ananda College, Colombo has six victories from eight games.
Resuming at 40 for 2, Vidyalians declared at 291 for 9, leaving an
impossible target of 296 for an outright victory and for the homesters
Sudeepa Kelum 70 and Davindu Devinda 50 were the chief run getters.
A. Sampath had a fine performance with the ball with a match-bag of
10 wickets for 133 runs.
