All parties to support President in his fight for peace

At the most crucial stage of the separatist war, it should be the duty of all the citizens irrespective of any party divisions to give their support to President with final battle being brought to eradicate terrorism, Governor of the Central Province Tikiri Kobbekaduwa said at a meeting held at Kandy.

Speaking further the Governor said, a systematical development plan for the rural community has emerged due to the role of President Mahinda Rajapaksa and at the moment Kandy, Matale, Nuwara Eliya have undergone the biggest development ever. The speciality of Mahinda Chintana, when a tense situation arises such as war or any other conflict is that doesn't stop any development process, but goes ahead unheeding all obstacles.
