JVP urge Malaysia to help eradicate terrorism in SL

Deputy Chairman of Committees and JVP Parliamentarian Ramalingam Chandrasekarn urged Former Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Mahatheer Mohamed to attend his support to eradicate terrorism in Sri Lanka.

Speaking at a meeting in Kaula Lampur Ramalingam asked Dr. Mahatheer to stem the flow of funds to LTTE terrorists from their supporters in Malaysia. Dr. Mahatheer added that the scourge of terrorism has posed a big challenge to the entire world and Sri Lanka has become a prey to this menace as well. He hoped that Sri Lanka will be in a prosperous and better position in the absence of this conflict.
