SAARC Students Exchange Programme from Dec. 10-21

The Deputy High Commissioner, Vikram Misri will be meeting nine students and three teachers proceeding on a visit to India under the SAARC Exchange Programme to participate at the South Asia Cultural Festival on Wednesday, December 10 at 10.00 a.m. at the Indian Cultural Centre, No. 133, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 4.

The Heads of the States of the SAARC countries during the 14th SAARC summit held in April 2007, decided to strengthen the cooperation and dialogue in the field of education by developing exchanges bet-ween academics, students and teachers.
