Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa , Army Commander Sarath Fonseka and Chief of Defense Staff Air Chief Marshal G. Donald Perera visited Jaffna yesterday morning to assert the security situation in Jaffna. Defense Secretary Rajapaksa addressing Armed Forces and Police in Jaffna said he will arrange to build a fully facilitated hospital in Jaffna in the near future to treat Security forces personnel wounded in the battlefield. They also commended the Armed Forces and the police for their achievements in the battlefront.
