Sampath Bank wins Asian Brand Leadership Award

Sampath Bank PLC, won the award for ‘Brand Leadership’ for its
corporate brand at the recently concluded Brand Excellence Awards
ceremony, which was held in Mumbai, India.
The award was presented by global institute Brand Asia at it’s 17th
Asian Brand Congress. With a membership of over 60 countries across the
globe, Brand Asia is committed to raising the standards of marketing and
brand management across all industries in Asia.
The ruling was based on several selection criteria such as target
consumer and brand objectives, brand strategies and performance, market
performance, innovations and product strategy.
All applications were short listed by an eminent panel of
international personalities representing diverse sectors.
Sampath corporate brand was selected for its both it’s brand strategy
and product strategies adopted coupled with the continuous innovation in
products. The ‘Mobile Cash’ product communication done in the early part
of the year supported the case for the corporate brand. |
