New Chairman of AMW assumes duties

Tilak De Zoysa assumed duties as Chairman of Associated Motorways Group of companies on October 2, at a ceremony held at company head office.

De Zoysa said the company is in the process of sharing the international management, sales, production and after sales expertise of Al Futtaim Group of Dubai since Associated Motorways Group has become associated with Al Futtaim Group.

New Directors of the company are Chairman Deshabandu Tilak de Zoysa, Deputy Managing Director/Motor G.B.R. de Silva, Deputy Managing Director/Manufacturing H.S.A.K. Caldera, Finance Director Lalith De Alwis, Director Group General Manager Ashan de Zoysa, A.R. Peiris Priyanthi Pieris A.R. Peiris, Collin Douglas Wallace Leitch, David Vincent Ford and Avijit Majundar.
