Vets on alert at Perahera

KANDY: Ten veterinary surgeons headed by Dr. Asoka Dangalle will be
on hand to attend to elephants which may run amok during the Esala
Perahera.
All elephants are examined daily at 4 p.m. to observe any signs of
unusual behaviour. |
