Hayleys invites Dhammika Perera

The Board of Hayleys PLC has advised the Colombo Stock Exchange that Dhammika Perera has been invited to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

The Board has reiterated its confidence in the prospects of Hayleys, which have been comprehensively dealt with in the Company's recent annual report, available on the Company's website at www.hayleys.com

The Board said it believes that Perera will provide input and value to further enhance the Company's performance.
